I am passionate about helping businesses reach their goals. HR consulting allows me to partner with businesses to achieve success. After serving in various capacities in HR for many businesses, I wanted to bring that experience to small and medium-sized business. My background allows me to provide innovative customized solutions.
Insight Coaching Solutions
When I was in college, I had the chance to work with a career coach as part of an internship program. I didn’t take the opportunity because I thought my degree and resume would land me a job. Years later, as I transitioned into a business leader, I worked with a great coach and learned how to effectively make that transition. Now I get the opportunity to provide valuable insight to my clients every day.

Nice to meet you! Prior to opening Insight HR and Coaching Solutions, I worked in the human resources field for over 17 years in management, recruitment and employee development for various industries in the private and public sector.
I chose to enter the world of consulting and coaching to help others achieve their goals. I have experienced owning businesses, navigating unexpected transitions, balancing life and work, and developing from individual contributor to leader.
I understand your concerns.
From my years in human resources and own experience, I created programs and offer customized solutions to my clients. Coaching gives me the opportunity to partner with clients to achieve personal success. My consulting practice supports small businesses to reach their goals and allows them to focus on what they do best.
I speak at various venues on topics ranging from preparing for interviews to leadership discovery. I enjoy sharing my experiences with others and connecting with my audience.
I earned my Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Management and Marketing and a Master of Science in Administration specializing in Organizational Leadership. Additionally, I hold the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certificates. These senior level certificates are obtained through the demonstration of competence, experience, and credibility within the human resources field.
My passion is developing strategies with my clients to get them to the next step. I help clients to embrace their strengths and guide them on the steps to success.
While I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and the outdoors. I also enjoy updating furniture, home restoration, walking, and playing with my dog.
